Ownership

The name, mark, copy and design of this site belong to Forge & Fig. The code we write for a client belongs to that client on the terms set out in the service agreement, which are stated on the how we work page.

We try to keep this site up and accurate. We do not promise either, and we are not liable for a decision made on the basis of a page that was out of date.

Governing law

The laws of Malaysia apply, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction.
