What this site collects

Just visiting a page collects nothing that identifies you: there is no analytics script, no advertising pixel, and no cookie set by us. The fonts are served from this domain rather than a font CDN, so loading a page does not tell anyone else that you visited. Personal data is only collected if you choose to send the enquiry form, described next.

The enquiry form

If you fill in the form on the contact page, the details you enter (your name, company, email, phone, the nature of the work and your message) are sent to us so we can reply. To deliver them, your browser submits them to Web3Forms, a form-to-email service, which forwards them to hello@forgefig.com. We do not store them on this website. Web3Forms processes them only to pass the message to the inbox, and may do so on servers outside Malaysia. You confirm you are happy with this by ticking the consent box before sending. If you would rather not use the form, message us on WhatsApp or by email instead.

What we do with an enquiry

• Reply to it, and keep the thread while a project is live
• Keep it afterwards where a record of the engagement is needed
• Never sell it, never add you to a marketing list

Your rights

Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 you can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Write to hello@forgefig.com and we will action it.

If this changes

If we add analytics, a hosted form, or a CRM, this page gets rewritten before that goes live rather than after.
