Aftercare

Most studios disappear after handover. We keep watching.

If we host what we built for you, it stays on a board we look at every day. Uptime, certificates, domains, versions, deploys — the point of the board is simple: when something needs attention, we find out before you do.

One board. Every client shop.

This is what it looks like from our side. Not a screenshot of yours — the names and numbers below are invented — but the shape is real: the worst news always sorts to the top.

Client overview3 clients · 1 needs attention · 0 down
  • Retail client A

    live · deployed 12 days ago · packages current · SSL 68 days · domain 203 days

  • F&B client B

    live · deployed 3 hours ago · packages 1 version behind · SSL 19 days · domain 142 days

  • Services client C

    live · deployed 26 days ago · packages current · SSL 41 days · domain 310 days

Demonstration data — client names and figures are fictional

Six things we know before you do.

None of these are rare events. Every one of them happens to every site eventually. The only variable is who finds out first.

01

The shop goes down

An independent monitor checks every few minutes, from outside our own infrastructure. The alert reaches us before the first customer complaint reaches you.

02

A certificate is close to expiring

An expired certificate turns a working shop into a browser security warning overnight. Renewal is normally automatic; the board exists for the day it silently is not.

03

The domain is close to lapsing

Domains expire on a date nobody has looked at since the year they were registered. Weeks of warning, not a dead site and a grace-period fee.

04

A deploy fails

Every release lands watched. If one goes wrong, we can put the previous working version back in minutes — deliberately boring, deliberately fast.

05

The software falls behind

The components we build are versioned. When your site is running an old version of one that has since had a fix, that gap is visible to us — before it is visible to you as a bug.

06

A renewal is due

Hosting terms and warranty windows sit on the same board as the technical signals, so a lapsed arrangement never comes as a surprise to either side.

What the board never sees: your business.

The board watches infrastructure — whether the shop is up, when a certificate expires, which version of our software is running. It has no connection to your database, your orders or your customers. That separation is deliberate and it is permanent: your customer data stays in your system, under Malaysian PDPA, where it belongs.

If we ever need to look at an order with you, we log into your admin panel the same way you do, and the trail of that access stays in your system — not ours.

Built once, watched every day after.

Aftercare comes with our hosting arrangement. Ask about it when you start a project, or if you already run with us, you are on the board now.
